Carry On The Tradition For The Next Generation

Gameplay - 7/10
Storyline - 6/10
Graphics - 7/10
Game Score : 20/30

Well here we are for another game review and this time we are looking at Marvel Superhero Squad Online for the PC. It might not be the Marvel version of DC Universe we were hoping for, but kids should get a kick out of playing as tiny versions of their favorite Marvel characters in Gazillion Entertainment’s Marvel Super Hero Squad Online. Gazillion finally draws back the curtain on Marvel Super Hero Squad Online, the massively multi-player online game first mentioned back in March of last year. Rather than being based in the Marvel comic book universe, the game is based on the Super Hero Squad children’s toy series, a franchise that’s already produced a cartoon, comic books, and a video game.

Game Overview

Super Hero Squad Online™ is your chance to fly a mile in the boots of Marvel’s greatest heroes!
  • Team up with friends in exhilarating combat
  • Show off your collection of heroes in our interactive world
  • Collect hundreds of items
  • Explore awesome environments based on 70 years of Marvel comics and movies

Though this game presents itself in a childish manner, at its core it is still a game with the superheros we all grew up knowing and loving. The game can be enjoyed by young or old and can also be used as a bridge for the generation gap between child and adult in the family. For those fans eager for a slightly more mature Marvel MMO experience, don’t lose hope. This is only the first game developed under Gazillion’s 10-year deal with Marvel. There’s more to come so keep your eyes and ears close to Zalgo Cometh for future updates.
