For those that are new here and don't know what CES is have a seat and let me spell it out for you. International CES, more commonly known as the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), is an internationally renowned electronics and technology trade show, attracting major companies and industry professionals worldwide. The annual show is held each January at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Not open to the public, the Consumer Electronics Association-sponsored show typically hosts previews of products and new product announcements. CES rose to prominence after a rival show, COMDEX, was canceled. Some of the major reveals for this year's CES will be:

1. The first Li-Fi smartphone prototype will be presented at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas from January 7–10 in 2014. The phone uses SunPartner's Wysips CONNECT, a technique that converts light waves into usable energy, making the phone capable of receiving and decoding signals without drawing on its battery.

2. LG's will debut its new 77-inch curved OLED Ultra HD TV.

3. Connected sex toy company OhMiBod announced at the 2014 International CES show in Las Vegas today panties that can be controlled by a partner. In line with the wearable technology trend, the blueMotion massager ($129) aims to give women pleasure with the help of its accompanying iOS or Android app. Vibrations can be controlled for solo play or by another user nearby.

You can check out a more detailed showing of what CES 2014 has to offer on the CNET Website.
