A topic of wide and varying size, no pun intended; OK maybe it was. Whether you are a guy or a girl, you will no doubt have some opinion on the matter. So with that being said, lets dive right into another random Monday blog. I would typically say lets define what exactly it means to be fat but, in this day and age using the term fat is such a relative term that has been misused and misconstrued many times over where women are concerned. It's not even a proper adjective really, fat is just the material accumulated in your body from consuming extra calories. In the middle-ages overweight women were considered beautiful, and many Afro-carribean and island cultures still see it this way. Some parameters used to refer to fat women include: plump, rosy, voluptuous, chubby, thick, and the list goes on and on. Women will always wish to conform to the 'norm' of their naturalized society. It's unfortunate that our Western society demands such perfection because it's driving people mad and creating pretty strange behavior in our kids.
Ladies not withstanding your constant need for perfection if you so desire, or your innate ability to compare yourself to others; the bottom line ladies is that being fat should not be an issue to the point that its constantly on your mind or causing you mental or emotional strife. Variety is the spice of life so what ever your body-type or size the last thing you need to do is concern yourself with what society deems as the accepted norm. Wheres the appeal and fun in having every girl looking like the other one? Now I wont be as naive as to say this give women an excuse to let themselves go and not try to maintain some sort of decorum as far as there body goes, because as with all things in life their has to be a cut off point. With the ladies out of the way, men its time to talk about this . I know a lot of my male friends who say they would never date a big girl or whatever. Typically its because of the aforementioned societal values bombarded on us, as well as the females by the media and our peers. Sadly we need to grow up and stop being boys and be men; there is absolutely no superficial reason or need to choose to ignore a girl because of her weight or just because she has a ponch. They can be some of the most kind and caring females you may ever meet; that being said here are some more reasons you may want to reconsider being with a plus sized girl...
