What Are They Feeding These Kids...

Ok, now does anyone even want to begin to try and explain why there is an eight year old kid, all up in the club, rocking them turntables as good as, if not better than some actual full fledged DJ's out there? In this day and age we see more and more of these kind of stories of young children with remarkable skills emerging.  Thinking back in previous years this would happen ever so often but not too often; there was Shirley Temple, The Jackson 5 and Macaulay Culkin just to name a few examples. Seemingly in this day and age however either genetic engineering has come a far way or these parents need to help teach the world how to be better parents. I am filled with such great shame and disappointment at times seeing these kids exhibit such skill and prowess at what they do; at such a young tender age knowing that I was probably still learning how to learn in school at that age I am left in awe. I mean seriously take a look at this...

Now can you tell me that wasn't one of the  coolest things you have ever seen...? The kid is four years old and has such a great skill already. One can only imagine the great things he will go on to accomplish in his life if he continues on the path set before him. I salute these parents and all that they are doing for these kids because honestly it can only help raise the bar of parenting on a whole and ensure that the next generation is that much better than the last. With that being said I know not all parents can do so for their kids but doing your best is more than acceptable; the values and morals instilled are truly what matters at the end of the day. In later if not imminent years to come these values and mindsets that are instilled in the children will in turn manifest in a wide variety of ways. Speaking of variety that leads me to one of my favorite stories...

George Sampson; a fourteen year old kid from England with a heart of gold. George is a street dancer and actor from Warrington, England. George loves dancing and especially loves hip hop oriented dancing and has been doing it from he could practcally walk. After years as a street dancer his talents would eventually take him on the path of auditioning for Britain's Got Talent in 2007. Sadly he did not make it in that year but returned the following year to try once again to pursue his passion. With a new motivation and desire to make his mom proud; George gave it his all to make it into the 2008 season of Britain's Got Talent. As with most fairy tale stories he managed to go all the way and win the competition earning him £100,000 and the opportunity to perform at the 2008 Royal Variety Performance, staged at the London Palladium on December 11th 2008.

I salute these parents and all they have done to help nurture and cultivate these children and I sincerely hope that more parents will find there own way to do so for their children. Ahh what the hell; just because I can go ahead and have another...
